TheGradPlace.com is a service of Straightway Solutions LLC. The intent of this publication is to provide a view space suitable for all ages for the Celebration of Education.

By using the service, you represent that you at least 13 year old and agree not to use the services to:

• obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the services or to our servers, systems, network, or data;
• make available any content that interferes with the safety and well-being of others; or constitutes inappropriate online behavior such as that which is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, extortionist, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racist
• violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• make available any content that you do not have the right to make available
• to infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person or entity;
• post content containing advertisements or other commercial solicitations without our prior written permission;
• make available or transmit viruses or any other computer code, files, programs or content designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Services or affect other users; or
• interfere with or disrupt the services or servers, systems or networks connected to the Services in any way.

We will

• Act to promote community, collaboration, and discussion.
• Never request your password and full credit card number via email, so that you can be sure that such messages, even if they look like they come from us, are fraudulent.
• Reserve the right to remove content and/or deactivate accounts that violate these Guidelines.
• There is a zero tolerance policy toward:
  • sharing adult or sexualized content (pornography)
  • content that exploits or abuses children, including all child sexual abuse imagery (including  cartoon images) and all content that presents children in a sexual manner; and
  • content that promotes or supports violent criminal behavior, organized criminal activity, or acts of terrorism, including content supporting or celebrating terrorist organizations, their leaders, or associated violent activities.

Account Suspension, Cancelation, or Restriction

Your account may, without notice, be temporarily or permanently suspended or canceled your account or impose limited on or restricted

• if you violate, or we believe you are about to violate, the Terms, including any incorporated agreements, policies or guidelines;
• in response to law enforcement or other government agencies in accordance with a valid legal process;
• due to technical or security issues and/or problems;
• if the account has exeeded it’s one-year service term; or
• if your account is removed in accordance with our one-year account deletion policy.

If we permanently suspend or terminate your account, we will notify you in advance and allow you reasonable time to access and save information, files, and content associated with your account unless we have reason to believe that continued access to your account will violate applicable legal provisions, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or cause damage to us or to third parties.

Your Right of Deletion

You have the right to delete your information. Requests for deletion may be made through the Contact Us form on TheGradPlace.com website.
